2000 HP RIG FOR SALE
Drawworks: National 1320 UE, 2000 H.P. drawworks, grooved for 1 ½” drill line. Powered by 2, 752 traction motors. Electric brake is an Elmagco 7838.
Mast and Substructure: Pyramid swing-up type substructure with 1,000,000 lb. rotary support and 600,000 lb. pipe setback capacity. Mast is manufactured by Pyramid also with 30’ base leg spread and 156’ 6” tall with a 1,000,000 hook load. Mast and sub come with Level III API certification papers from 2011.
Rotary: 37.5” rotary, independent drive with gearbox plus one 752 traction motor.
Heat Exchanger: Model P-21 heat exchanger mounted on a 150 barrel capacity water tank, skidded, along with two centrifugal water pumps for circulation to and from Eddy Current Brake (7838 Model).
Mud Pumps: Two (2) Gardner Denver PZ-11 (1600 H.P. each) powered by four (4), two on each pump, 752 traction motors. Pulsation dampeners, 6x8 charging pumps, chain case oiler system and secondary gear end oiler pumps also included.
Generators: Four (4) Detroit 16V Series 2000 Electronic Engines rated at 1500HP each. Generator ends are Marathon 1050 KW with 950 KW continuous prime power at 600 volts. One zero hour matching generator is included.
SCR House: Four (4) SCR bays and four (4) generator panels are GE type. 2000 AMP Frame, SCR drive is GE Generation III SCR Bridges. Master control center is GE Model 7700. Two (2) 5 ton air conditioners included. 10’ x 40’ skidded frame.
Blowout Prevention and Well Control Equipment: API Certified Cameron Type U 13 5/8 10,000 # double rams, single rams, drilling spool and 5000# Hydril Annular. One (1) 4" hydraulic (HCR) valve and one (1) manual 4” 10,000 valve on BOP's. Kill valves are 2” x 10,000#. Two (2) 4” fire retardant 10,000# manifold hoses from BOP’s to manifold. Manifold is 4” x 10,000# with manual choke.
Closing Unit: Six (6) station closing unit with remote closing station on drill floor.
Mud System: 1400 BBL system, three (3) round bottom skidded tanks. Also, included is a 100 BBL round bottom trip tank. Solids control system consists of three (3) Brandt Triple King Cobra II Automated Control Linear Motion Shale Shakers. One (1) MA-10 degasser, one (1) 16-cone desilter (Brandt) and eleven (11) Brandt 10 H.P. agitators. Two (2) hopper skidded mixing system with six (6) mud transferring and mixing centrifugals.
Water Tank: 400 BBL water tank with two (2) centrifugals to supply rig.
Fuel/Oil: 14,000-gallon fuel tank with transfer pumps. Lubester for oil storage.
Doghouse: 8’ x 25’ house sets beside drill floor with storage lockers, auto driller, remote BOP Closing Unit.
Air System: Two (2) Sullivan Palatek 50 H.P. screw type air compressors rated at 210 CFM each. Model SPS-200-116 air dryer.
Wireline Unit: OWI Model 1600 Explorer Unit with .092 line.
Parts House: 8 x 40 Container with miscellaneous supplies.
Change House: 10 x 40 Storage with crew lockers and storage work station on other end.
Top Drive: Varco TDS-11SA 500 ton system with control house

Assorted handling tools for tubulars
Two (2) air hoists, 5 ton each
Low profile catwalk and pipe racks (10 sets), plus V-Door
Manual tongs with jaws assortment
5” drill pipe elevators
